Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 AED, Intellisense Pediatric Defibrillation Pads

The Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 AED will automatically detect pediatric pads, and then adjusts the energy and CPR protocols accordingly. The defibrillation pads for the Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 AED are non-polarized which means that they can be placed in either position on the bare chest, making this step as time efficient as possible. The G5 pediatric pads may also be placed on the chest and back and have up to a 2-year shelf life.

The Cardiac Science Rescue Ready® technology stores patient data as well as pad expiration and can be downloaded if necessary. Your AED program should always have both adult and pediatric pad options available.

Pediatric pads are for use in children age 8 and under, and weighing less than 55 lbs
